血必净对急性肺损伤治疗机制的研究现状

摘　　要：急性肺损伤（ALI）是临床常见的危重病，主要由创伤、感染及手术等过程继发的瀑布性炎症反应所致，其发病机制错综复杂，目前尚无切实有效的治疗方法，成人呼吸窘迫综合征（ARDS）是其严重阶段。目前，血必净注射液作为中医药辅助治疗ALI逐渐被临床所关注，很多学者对其治疗的机制进行了深入的临床研究，研究结果提示，血必净所含的中药成分可能通过以下机制发挥治疗作用：①对中性粒细胞的抑制作用；②减少炎症因子的释放；③抗氧自由基的作用；④对凝血和抗凝功能的调节；⑤对肝细胞生长因子（HGF）和角细胞生长因子（KGF）的调节。血必净是多种活血化瘀中药的复方制剂，对ALI的治疗机制不能以拮抗单一致病因素的理论来解释，而应该是整体的调节，这需要更多的临床研究来证实。The acute lung injury（ALI） is a common clinical critical illness, which occurrence caused by a cascade of inflammatory responses that is secondary to trauma, infection and surgical procedures etc. which pathogenesis is complicated, there is no effective treatment exactly, acute respiratory distress syndrome （ARDS）is its serious stage. Currently, as a adjuvant treatment of traditional Chinese medicine, Xuebijing is of clinical concern gradually, many scholars conducted clinical study in - depth on the mechanism of its therapeutic, resuhs suggest that chinese herbal medicinal ingredients in Xuebijing may play a therapeutic role through the following mechanisms： ①lnhibitory effect on neutrophil ②To reduce the release of inflammatory factors ③To anti - oxidative ④To regulate coagulation and anticoagulation ⑤To regulate liver cell growth factor（HGF） and angular cell growth factor （KGF）. Xuebijing is complex of a variety of traditional Chinese medicine that can improve microcirculation functions, the treatment mechanism of ALl can not be explained by the theory for a single pathogenic factor, but rather the overall regulation, which require additional clinical studies to confirm.
