摘 要:采用火焰原子吸收光谱法测定了8种植物染发荆中铅、镉、铜、铁的含量,采用湿法消解HNO3-HClO4(V:V=4:1)进行样品处理,该方法对铅、镉、铁、铜的最低检出浓度分别为0.029、0.002、0.06、0.017μg/ml,相关系数为0.9970~0.9999,加标回收率在95%~103%之间,相对标准偏差(RSD)为1.61%~2.50%。该法精确度高,结果准确,可用于植物染发剂中铅、镉、铜、铁等金属元素的同时测定。The concentration of trace Pb, CA, Cu and Fe in eight kinds of plant hair dye was determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry. The method takes mixture of HNO3 and HClO4 as oxidation regent to digest the samples. The minimum detection concentrations for Pb, CA, Cu and Fe were 0. 029,0. 002,0.06,0. 017μg/ml . The relative coefficient is between 0. 9970 and 0. 9999. The recovery of standard addition is between 95 % and 103 %. The RSD is from 1.61% to 2.50 %. The results show that the proposed method has good precision and accuracy. The method can be applied in the direct determination of trace Pb, Cd, Cu and Fe in plant hair dye.
