外资银行进入与转轨国家东道国银行业效率——基于中东欧国家及DEA方法的研究

摘　　要：本文通过DEA方法以中东欧转轨国家为样本,研究了转轨国家外资银行进入与内资银行的发展。相对技术水平、Malmquist生产率指数及其分解结果显示,内资银行全要素生产率的提高来源于部门自身最大潜在生产能力的增长,而不是对行业前沿技术的追赶;结合各国改革进程进一步研究证实,外资银行带来的技术外溢效果有限,甚至抑制了内资银行的发展。因此,转轨国家银行业更应依靠本国的经济发展与金融深化提高效率,而不应寄希望于外资银行的溢出效果。This paper researches the development of foreign bank and domestic bank in economy transition country based on the statistics of Central and Eastern Europe and DEA model.The results of relative level of technology and decomposition of Malmquist index tell us that the improvement of efficiency in domestic bank should be mainly attributed to the increase of potential capability of production,but not catching up with the productional frontier techniques.The further study shows that the effect of spillover of foreign bank is limited,and even limits the development of domestic bank.We think that domestic bank should more depend on the development of economy and the financial deepening of its country rather than spillover of foreign bank.
