摘　　要：结合肿瘤病邪的临床特点,从中医元气层面来分析肿瘤本质和病因。提出元气发生异常是肿瘤发生的根本原因,元气先天禀赋异常或在受到各种外邪、各种内因长期反复作用下发生变异而产生了癌邪。癌邪作为一种独立的特异性病邪,具有隐蔽性、火毒性、广泛的侵袭性和转移性以及黏滞和缠绵难愈的临床特点。It is closely connected with the clinical characteristics of tumor evils,and try to analyse the essence and causes of tumor. It is pointed out that abnormality of essential-Qi is the fundamental causes of tumor. Cancer evil is occurs because of vitality congenital anomalies,or under various exogenous evils and variety of internal long-term attack. Cancer evil has clinical characteristics of hidden essence,fire toxicity,a wide range of invasive and metastatic,viscosity,and lingering refractory as an independent evils.
