摘 要:目的:研究毛鸡骨草对高脂血症模型大鼠血脂及肝脂的影响。方法:实验分为5组,即空白、模型及毛鸡骨草高、中、低剂量(30、20、10mg·kg-1)组。每天上午用高脂肪乳剂对模型组和毛鸡骨草高、中、低剂量组大鼠进行灌胃;每天下午对毛鸡骨草高、中、低剂量组大鼠灌胃毛鸡骨草提取液,空白、模型组大鼠灌胃等容的蒸馏水。持续21d后测定大鼠血脂及肝脂的变化。结果:毛鸡骨草能显著降低高脂血症模型大鼠血清、肝总胆固醇、甘油三酯的含量,增加血脂高密度脂蛋白、载脂蛋白A的含量。结论:毛鸡骨草能降低高脂血症模型大鼠的血脂、肝脂,对高脂血症、脂肪肝有一定的防治作用。OBJECTIVE: To study the effects ofAbrus mollis on blood lipids and liver lipids in hyperlipoidemia rats. METHODS:40 SD rats were divided into five groups:blank control group,hyperlipoidemia model group,Abrus mollis high (30 mg·kg^-1), middle (20 mg·kg^-1) or low (10 mg·kg^-1) dose groups. Hyperlipoidemia model group and Abrus mollis groups were given with high lipid emulsion i.g. to establish hyperlipoidemia rat model in the morning. In the afternoon the Abrus mollis groups were administered with Abrus mollis extract i.g and blank control group and hyperlipoidemia model group were given with equal volume distilled water i.g. After 21 days, the levels of blood lipids and liver lipids were determined. RESULTS: the levels of TG, TC and serum were obviously lowered while the serum levels of HDL, Apo-A were increased by Abrus mollis.CONCLUSION: Abrus mollis hance can lower the levels of blood lipids and liver lipids in hyperlipoidemia rats and prevent hyperlipoidernia and fatty liver.
