摘  要:建立以高效液相色谱法同时测定大枣中芦丁和酸枣仁皂苷B含量的方法。方法:色谱柱为Agilent Extent-C1(8250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为0.01%磷酸水溶液-乙腈(梯度洗脱),流速为1mL·min-1,变波长检测。结果:芦丁和酸枣仁皂苷B的进样量分别在1.38~6.88μg(r=0.9998)和0.448~2.24μg(r=0.9999)范围内与各自峰面积积分值呈良好线性关系;平均回收率分别为99.14%(RSD=1.13%,n=6)和99.94%(RSD=2.22%,n=6)。结论:本方法准确、稳定、可靠,可用于大枣的质量控制和评价。OBJECTIVE:To establish a HPLC method for simultaneous determination of rutin and jujuboside B in Ziziphus jujuba. METHODS: The separation was performed on an Agilent Extent-C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm) column. The mobile phase was 0.01% phosphoric acid aqueous solution and acetonitrile (gradient elution) with flow rate of 1 mL·min^-1 and variable wavelength. RESULTS: The linear ranges of rutin and Jujuboside B were 1.38-6.88 μg(r=0.999 8) and 0.448-2.24 μg (r=0.999 9), respectively. The average recoveries were 99.14% (RSD=1.13% ,n=6) and 99.94% (RSD=2.22% ,n=6),respectively. CONCLUSION: This method is aceurate, stable and reliable for quality control and determination of Z. juiuba.
