摘  要:淮南-皖南-浙北-沪西是我国即将建设的1000 kV特高压交流同塔双回输电线路,由于电压等级的提高,对线路的操作过电压绝缘水平就提出了更高的要求。针对此问题,使用电磁暂态程序PSCAD-EMTDC计算了全线的故障清除转移过电压,并分析了不同故障点不同运行方式及不同故障类型对转移过电压的影响。仿真结果表明,在单相、两相和三相接地等较严重的故障类型下,输电线路上的转移过电压会超过限制值。最后提出了在转移过电压最为严重的淮南-皖南线路上安装避雷器来将转移过电压限制在容许值以下的保护建议。Huainan-Wannan-Zhebei-Huxi transmission line is a new 1000 kV double circuits transmission line on the same tower in China. Because of higher voltage level, the allowable switching voltage value become more important. The clearing short-circuit faults transfer overvoltage on the transmission line is calculated by PSCAD-EMTDC,and the relation between the transfer overvoltage and the fault location, the operation mode,the fault type is checked. The simulation result shows that on the conditon of one, two phase grounded or three phase grounded,the transfer voltage on the transmission line will exceed the limit value. At the end of the paper, arrester is suggested to be used on the huainan-wannan transmission line, because the transfer voltage on huainan-wannan transmission line is the most severe,and the use of arrester will reduce the level of transfer voltage on the whole transmission line.
