抗结核药物致肝损害的相关因素分析

摘　　要：目的探讨抗结核药物导致肝功能损害的相关因素。方法回顾分析2007年6月-2009年6月我院收治的868例初治结核病患者在抗结核治疗过程中发生肝损害的临床资料。结果抗结核药物致肝损害与患者的年龄、结核病类型、用药时程以及有无肝炎病毒感染等因素有关，与性别无关。肝炎病毒感染者出现肝功能损害的程度更重、发生肝损用药时程更短。结论抗结核药物致肝损害受多种因素影响。治疗过程中需密切关注肝功能的变化，尤其对高危人群如血行播散型肺结核、肝炎病毒感染者和老年人，需预防性应用护肝药物。Objective To investigate the relative factors of the hver damage caused by anti-tuberculosis drugs. Methods The clinical data of 868 patients with liver damage caused by anti-tuberculosis drugs, hospitalized from June 2007 to June 2009, were analyzed retrospectively. Results The liver damage was strongly correlated with age, tuberculosis type, medication schedule and whether hepatitis virus infection not correlated with gender. The degree of liver damage was more serious and early in hepatitis B virus infected patients, Conclusion The liver damage caused by anti-tuberculosis is affected by multiple factors. During the anti-tuberculosis therapy, it is necessary to monitor the liver function, especially for the high-risk groups such as the patients with the hematogenous disseminated pulmonary tuberculosis ,hepatitis virus infection and the elderly, who are recommended to use some prophylactic liver drugs.
