甲钴胺对老年糖尿病周围神经病变患者平衡功能的影响

摘　　要：目的观察甲钴胺对老年糖尿病周围神经病变（DPN）患者平衡功能的影响。方法老年2型糖尿病合并DPN患者56例，随机分为两组，每组28例。治疗组给予肌注甲钴胺500μg，1次/天，对照组给予肌注维生素B1100mg＋维生素B120．5mg，1次／天，共治疗8周。治疗前后运用Berg平衡量表（BBS）评价患者平衡功能。结果治疗组BBS评分8周后较治疗前显著提高（P〈0．05），治疗前后BBS评分变化比较两组有显著性差异（P〈0．01）。结论甲钴胺能有效改善老年DPN患者的平衡功能。Objective To observe the effect of mecobalamin on the balance ability in older patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy（DPN）. Methods Older patients with DPN （n = 56）were randomly divided into two groups：treatment group （n = 28）received daily mecobalamin 500 μg i. m and control group（ n = 28 ） received VitB1 100 nag ＋ VitB12 0.5 mg i. m ,both for 8 weeks. To evaluate Berg Balance Scale（BBS）scores pretheraphy and 8 weeks late. Results In treatment group BBS scores 8 weeks late were significantly improved compare to pretheraphy（ P 〈0.05） ,the scores change between two groups was significantly statistical difference（ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion Mecobalamin can effectively improve the balance ability in older patients with DPN.
