摘　　要：科学发展的运行需要构建一个结构合理、功能齐全、关系协调、程序严密有效的运作机制,确保经济社会发展的轨迹始终遵循科学发展的规律,保障发展的永续性。科学发展运行机制包括决策机制、动力机制、协调机制、控制机制、评估机制、监督机制、反馈机制、创新机制。针对上述机制,应优化运行,有效推动科学发展。Scientific development requires an effective operating system with reasonable structure,entire function,harmonious relationship and strict process.Only in this way, could the economic and social development aside by the law of scientific development, and keep sustainable development. The system includes decision-making, driving,cooperating, controlling,evaluating, supervising,feeding back and innovating mechanisms,which should be opimized, to promote scientific development in effect.
