我国跨区省输电交易送、受电市场规则及应用研究

摘　　要：介绍了拍卖、撮合、挂牌三种跨区省输电交易送、受电市场定价规则。在此基础上,根据我国跨区省输电交易的具体情况,分别探讨了这三种规则在我国的具体应用方式,认为在目前我国的跨区省输电交易送、受电定价中,不适合采用拍卖定价方式,建议采用撮合或挂牌交易定价方式。This paper mainly introduces three pricing theories of auction, match-making and listing in power sending and receiving market of cross-regional transmission trading. On this basis, according to the practical circumstances of China＇s cross-regional transmission trading, this paper discusses the application of these theories in our country respectively. Meanwhile, auction pricing method is considered inappropriate for Chinese cross-regional transmission trading, match-making and listing methods were proposed in this paper.
