摘　　要：结合电网特点,构建了将电网技术指标、经济指标、国民经济评价指标密切结合的指标体系,并且针对建设资金裕度的不同,进一步将经济性评价细分为建设资金受限和不受限两种建设条件下方案的评价和优选,从而形成了评价结果更全面、适用范围更广、通用性更强的体系和方法。将其应用于某城市主干网规划方案的评价,取得了显著成效。Combined with the characteristics of power grid, the paper constructed an index system closely combined with technology indicators of power grid, economic indicators and evaluation indicators of the national economy. According to the difference of margin financing in the construction of power grid program, an advanced evaluation of power grid program economy could be further divided into two distinct assessments and optimal choices which were limited construction fund and unlimited construction fund under different construction condition. Therefore, the more comprehensive evaluation result, the broader scope of application and the more universal system and method could be formed and used to assess the backbone network program of a city and achieve remarkable success.
