摘  要:对中间再热机组再热前后抽汽供热方案分别进行了常规定性分析,认为在再热后抽汽供热有利;但定量比较两种方案供热效果的计算结果却表明,两种方案所需减温喷水量相同,进入中压缸的蒸汽量也相同,两方案的热经济性完全相同。利用黑箱分析方法对两种供热方案进行理论分析和论证,结果也表明在再热前后抽汽供热是等效的。此结论不针对某一具体机组,具有普遍意义。此外,还对供热方案分析中存在的问题进一步探讨,对两种方案实现的技术可行性进行了研究分析,为电厂进行供热改造提供依据。Firstly the normal qualitative analysis between two extractions heating modes before and after reheating was developed respectively in this paper, which resulted the second mode was advantaged. However, calculation results of quantitative analysis show that spray water flow, steam flow into intermediate cylinder, and economy of the two modes are identical completely. Then black box analysis method was applied to analyze and demonstrate this calculation result abstractly, which also indicated the two extraction heating modes are equivalent. This conclusion does not aim at a certain unit but has universal significance. In addition, other problems in heating modes' analysis are also discussed in this paper, and the technical feasibility of the modes is studied, which provides gist for heating alteration in power plants.
