摘 要:采用BAF深度处理污水厂二沉池出水,考察了水力负荷和污染负荷冲击对其处理效果的影响。结果表明,BAF对水力负荷冲击有一定的耐受能力,当气水比为2∶1、滤速为2m/h时,对COD和氨氮的去除效果较好,平均去除率分别达到39.59%、81.99%,平均出水浓度分别为16.9、0.3mg/L。同时BAF具有较强的抗污染负荷冲击能力,当进水COD为21.06~55.13mg/L时,出水COD稳定在15mg/L左右,平均去除率在30%以上;当进水氨氮在0.17~5mg/L之间波动时,出水氨氮基本保持在0.3mg/L以下。这表明BAF作为深度处理工艺,具有很好的抗冲击能力,能够保证出水水质的稳定性。BAF was used for advanced treatment of the secondary effluent from a WWTP, and the influence of hydraulic load and pollution load impacts on the treatment efficiency was investigated. BAF has a certain resistance to hydraulic load impact. When the air-water ratio is 2 : l, and the filtration rate is 2 m/h, the average removal rates of COD and ammonia nitrogen are 39.59% and 81.99%, and the average concentrations in the effluent are 16.9 mg/L and 0. 3 mg/L. At the same time, BAF has a stronger resistance to pollution load impact. When the influent COD concentration is 21.06 mg/L to 55.13 mg/L, the effluent COD concentration remains at 15 mg/L, and the average removal rate is more than 30%. When the influent ammonia nitrogen fluctuates between 0. 17 mg/L and 5 mg/L, the effluent concentration remains at less than 0.3 mg/L. All those show that as an advanced treatment process, BAF has good impact resistance and can ensure the stability of effluent quality.
