摘  要:以偶氮二氰基戊酸为引发剂,甲基丙烯磺酸钠、烯丙基聚氧乙烯醚和甲基丙烯酸叔丁酯为单体,合成两端带有羧基的减水剂主链,再通过缩合反应,在两端接枝超支化聚酰胺-胺,最终得到超支化型聚羧酸减水剂。试验表明:引发剂用量为5%,烯丙基聚氧乙烯醚分子量为700,聚酰胺-胺为4.5代时,水泥净浆流动度达到最高315 mm。The main chian of water reducer agent with carboxyl as its end groups has been synthesized by 4,4'-Azobis (4-cyanovaleric acid) as the initiator, sodium methylallyl sulfonate, allyl polyethenoxy ether and tert-butyl methacrylate as the monomers and finally a type of polycar- boxylic superplasticizer was synthesized through the condensation reaction, which grafted hyperbranched polyamide-amine at both ends of the main chain of water reducer agent.The results showed that when the dosage of initiator contains 5% of the monomer content, the molecule weight of allyl polyethenoxy ether reaches 700, and the generation of polyamide-amine is 4.5,the fluidity of cement paste reaches the highest 315 ram.
