摘 要:选取采用砂浆棒快速法测试出14d膨胀率为0.1%左右、0.1%~0.2%、0.2%-0.3%、0.3%--0.4%等4种天然骨料以及0.4%以上的高活性石英玻璃共5种碱-硅活性骨料,研究了磨细矿渣对ASR的抑制作用,并与掺25%粉煤灰进行比较。研究结果表明当磨细矿渣掺至40%时,即可抑制4种天然骨料发生ASR。当磨细矿渣掺至70%时,石英玻璃砂28d的膨胀率仅为0.05%。磨细矿渣化学组成对抑制ASR作用的影响是各种组分影响的综合结果,对ASR的抑制效果与其Al2O3含量的相关性较大。其抑制ASR的主要作用是对胶凝材料体系中’碱的稀释和固结作用,孔结构的改善只能起到辅助作用。The present study, which examines five kinds of alkali-silica active aggregates including four natural aggregates with expansion ratio for 14 days i.e.about 0.1%, 01%--0.2%, 0.2%-0.3%, 0.3%-0.4% respectively, and one high activity quartz glass with expansion ratio over 0.4% through the accelerated mortar-bar method,investigates the inhibition effect of granulated blast furnace slag ( GGBS ) on alkali-silica reaction ( ASR ) compared with adding 25% fly ash in weight.The experimental results indicate that adding GGBS more than 40% in weight into the cementitious materials has the inhibition effect on ASR for four natural aggregates.When the adding rate of GGBS reaches 70 %, the expansion ratio for 28 days of the quartz glass sand is reduced to 0.05%.The inhibition effect of GGBS on ASR is mainly related to its chemical composition, especially to its content of Al2O3.And the inhibition effect of GGBS is largely owing to alkali dilution and consolidation in the cementitious materials,where as the improvement of the pore structure can only play the assistant role.
