摘 要:利用纳米材料、水泥、粉煤灰等主要原材料,加入适量外加剂,研制了纳米粉煤灰立方体试块,通过级差分析,发现纳米材料对试块抗压强度影响最大。依据粉煤灰混凝土空心砌块的设计要求,设计粉煤灰夹心砌块块型。根据立方体试块试验结果,修正纳米材料掺入量,砌块中间填入废弃聚苯乙烯泡沫,根据正交试验方法,以砌块抗压强度为主要指标,优化砌块配合比参数,研究出了纳米粉煤灰夹心砌块的最佳配合比。By using the nano-materials, cement, fly ash and other major raw materials, adding proper admixtures, a nano-fly cube was devel- oped.Through the differential analysis, the nano-materials was found the greatest influenced factor on the compressive strength of the cube.The block-type of the nano-fly sandwich block was designed in accordance with the requirements of fly ash concrete hollow block.The amount of in- corporation of nano-materials was amended according to the experimental results of the cube test block.By filling the waste polystyrene in the middle of the block, through methods of orthogonal experimental, block's compressive strength as the main index, the mix ratio of raw materials of the block was optimized and the best mix ratio of the nano-fly sandwich block was developed.
