摘　　要：本文利用系统流理论分析了批发市场服务拓展型、中间企业供应链组织型、连锁集团主导型、零售企业定点型等农产品协议流通的四种典型模式的体系架构与特点,指出物流损耗、资金结算方式与支付规则、准确和有效的信息供给、透明快捷的信息共享是由传统流通模式向协议流通模式转变中需要重点解决的问题,认为农产品协议流通模式以全国统一的信息平台为支撑,将逐步实现农产品流通渠道的扁平化、增值服务的多样化、信息共享的透明化以及资金移动的实时化,从而提升我国农产品流通的水平。Based on system stream framework, this paper analyzes the architectural framework and characteristics of four typical models： service development of wholesale market, supply chain management of middle organization, leading of chain groups and small-scale, retail business. The research indicates that the loss in logistics, settlement and pay rule, accurate and effective information supply, transparent and fleet information sharing are the key issues in the transformation of traditional mode to Trust mode. Our analysis suggests that the agri-food Chain of Trust mode can build up flatten logistics, diversified value-added service, transparent information sharing, and real-time movement of funds supporting by integrated national IT platform.
