摘　　要：军地物流一体化是我国军事物流活动的主要承担者——军队物流系统向集约化、核心化方向发展的需要,当前我国军地物流一体化无论在理论还是实践方面都取得了一定的成绩,但由于军地双方物流系统长期分割、互不了解,军地双方物流技术标准、组织管理体系、信息网络不同,制约了军地物流一体化的发展。国民经济动员物流能有效连接军队物流系统与地方物流系统,实现军事物流与民用物流的兼容,使大量通用物资军事物流活动所需的设施和人员由地方物流系统提供,而不再仅仅依托于军队物流系统。这样,军队物流系统就可以保持较少的核心常备资源,有条件集中力量从事核心物资军事物流活动,更好地提高核心战斗力。使通用物资军事物流蕴涵在社会物流大系统之中,可大大推进军地物流一体化进程,实现"小核心、大协作","小常备、大动员","军民结合、平战结合"的目标。Military-local logistic integration shoulders the responsibility of China＇s military logistic activities. At present, we have made great achievement in the theory and practice of military-local logistic integration. But there are still some problems constraining the development of that. Mobilization logistics can help link the military logistic system to the local one, and realize the compatibility between the military and local logistics. So, the military logistic system can focus on the military logistic activities for core material and the improvement of core combat capability. Including the military logistics for common material into the big system of social logistics can help promote the integration of military-local logistics, and achieve such targets as ＂small core, big cooperation＂, ＂small stock, big mobilization＂, and so on.
