肺结核患者的心理健康及其影响因素

摘　　要：目的探讨肺结核患者的心理健康水平及其影响因素。方法应用自行设计的一般情况调查表、症状自评量表(SCL-90)对122例肺结核患者进行测试研究。结果①肺结核患者的SCL-90总分比健康组高。各因子中,除了人际关系敏感和偏执外,其余因子躯体化、强迫、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、恐怖、精神病性和其他等因子的得分比健康组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。②文化程度、职业、家庭人均月收入、医疗费用支付方式等因素对肺结核患者心理健康均有影响(P<0.05)。结论肺结核患者的心理健康状况较差,应采取措施予以改善。Objective To investigate the mental health of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis （PTB） and the influencing factors. Methods 122 patients with PTB were tested by self-designed questionnaire and symptom checklist 90 （SCL-90）. SPSS 13.0 was used to analysis the data. Results The total score of SCL-90 in patients with PTB was higher than that in healthy control group. Among ＂all the factors, the scores of somatization, compulsion, depression, anxiety, hostility, horror, psychoticism and additional items in patients with PTB were significantly higher than those of the healthy control group, except for interpersonal relationship sensitiveness and crankiness （P〈0.01）. Education level, career, per capita income in family, payment of medical expenses could influence the mental health of the patients with PTB （P〈0.05）. Conclusions PTBs were in a poor mental health status, and it need to be improved.
