摘　　要：目的探讨护理干预对压力性尿失禁(SUI)患者焦虑、抑郁状态的影响。方法采用焦虑自评量表(SDS)和抑郁自评量表(SAS)对46例SUI患者在入院时进行心理评估,并实施干预措施后再次评估。结果护理干预后患者的SDS和SAS评分明显低于干预前(P<0.01)。结论心理、行为护理干预能明显减轻压力性尿失禁患者焦虑、抑郁程度,促进患者身心健康。Objective To study the influence of nursing intervention on anxiety and depression of patients with stress urinary incontinence（SUI）. Method Forty-six patients with SUI were investigated with self-rating anxiety scale（SAS） and self-rating depression scale（SDS） before and after the nursing intervention. Results The scores of SAS and SDS were decreased statistically after nursing intervention （P〈0.01）, Conclusion Psychological and behavioral intervention can alleviate the anxiety and depression of patients with SUI, and promote their rehabilitation.
