摘　　要：全国法律文化博士论坛迄今为止已成功举办三届。第三届全国法律文化博士论坛在湘潭大学和张家界隆重举行。本届论坛强调学术争鸣和开放思想,与会代表主要围绕少数民族与外国法律文化、中国古代法律文化、中国近现代法律文化三大主题进行了热烈的探讨。在"圆桌论坛"平等对话的活跃氛围中,来自全国各地十多所高校的教授和学生言谈精彩、对话深入、高潮迭起。The doctor forum on National Legal Culture has been successfully held three forums so far. The Third Forum had been held in Xiangtan University and Zhangjiajie city. This forum stressed the ideas of academic contention and opening; the representatives mainly focus on the ethnic minorities and foreign legal culture, the ancient Chinese legal culture, the three major themes of modem China~ legal culture and had a lively discussion. In the equal active atmosphere of ＂Round Table＂, professors and doctors from more than 10 universities across the country made wonderful speeches, which pushed the discussion to the climax.
