摘　　要：针对大型家电公司使用的大型注塑模具在修模过程中，模具需频繁翻转以协助维修，研制了液压自动翻转机。在分析统计大量的模具重量、尺寸的基础上，采用特殊的机构及多种安全措施提高整机可靠性，充分保障模具安全。本文主要介绍了液压自动翻转机的结构及原理。Large injection mould used by large family electrical companies must frequently be tipped or turned over during repaired,so we designed and made the hydraulic automatic tipper After analyzing the weights and dimensions of all kinds of moulds,we designed special mechanism and various measures to protect the mould safety and improve the reliability of the machine This paper introduces the mechanism and characteristics of hydraulic automa tictipper
