摘 要:对单种煤与废塑料共焦化过程的配合性进行研究。首先进行了煤与PE、PP、PET、PS和脱氯PVC 5种塑料混合物热解过程的热重分析,在此基础上完成了煤与上述5种废塑料的20 kg试验焦炉的共焦化试验,考察了不同种类废塑料对焦炭冷、热强度的影响。研究结果表明:煤和不同种类废塑料发生热解反应的温度区间及热解失重速率的温度分布曲线对共焦化后的焦炭强度有直接影响,表现为煤阶较高的烟煤与废塑料共焦化后焦炭强度下降,5种废塑料中PS和PET与煤在共焦化过程中的配合效果不如其他3种废塑料。The cooperating effect between individual coal and waste plastic was studied during coke making process. Coke making experiments with PE, PP, PET, PS, and PVC after dechlorination were carried out in 20 kg coke oven. The influences of different waste plastic on the coke strength, CRI and CSR were studied based on co-carbonization behavior between coal and waste plastic by using thermo gravimetric analyses as well. The results demonstrate that the temperature range of decomposition and DTG curve distribution of different individual coal and waste plastic determined the coke properties. Coke strength produced from high rank coal decreased after blending with all kinds of waste plastic. Among all tested waste plastics, PS and PET showed worse co-operation with coals in coke making process.
