摘　　要：目的了解癌症病人生存质量相关因素。方法采用癌症治疗功能评价系统普适量表(Functional assessment of cancertherapy-generic scale,FACT-G)对284例癌症病人进行问卷调查,并分析不同经济状况、婚姻状况、文化程度、年龄与病人生存质量的关系。结果经济状况、婚姻状况、文化程度、年龄是影响癌症病人生存质量的相关因素(均P<0.01);其中病人生存质量与经济情况、年龄呈正相关,与婚姻状况、文化程度呈负相关,即经济越好、年龄越大,病人生存质量越好,未婚、已婚、文化程度越低者生存质量越好。结论癌症病人生存质量与经济状况、年龄、婚姻状况、文化程度相关。应针对原因,采取针对性的对策,以便改善和提高病人的生存质量。Objective To investigate the influential factors of quality of life in patients with cancer. Method A total of 284 patients with cancer were surveyed by functional assessment of cancer therapy-G （FACT-G）,and the relationships of life quality with different economic level, euhures, marriages and ages of patients were analyzed. Results Economic levels, marriages, education, and ages of patients were influential factors of quality of life in patients with cancer （all P 〈 0.01 ）. The life quality was positively correlated with economic levels and ages, and negatively correlated with marriage and education levels. Condusions The life quality of cancer patients is correlated with their economic levels, marriages, education and ages. Countermeasures, aiming at these influential factors, should be taken to improve patients＇ life quality.
