摘 要:目的探讨运用健康信念模式教育对阴道炎患者自我效能及自我管理能力的影响。方法将90例阴道炎患者随机分成实验组和对照组各45例,实验组在药物治疗的同时根据健康信念模式对患者进行有针对性的健康教育,对照组则行常规健康教育。比较健康教育前后两组患者自我效能及自我管理疾病的能力。结果健康信念模式教育前两组患者的自我效能及自我管理能力评分比较,均P>0.05,差异无统计学意义;健康信念模式教育后2个月随访观察,两组患者的自我效能及自我管理能力评分比较,均P<0.01,差异具有统计学意义。结论运用健康信念模式教育能提高阴道炎患者自我管理疾病能力。Objective To investigate the effect of the health belief model on the medication compliance of patients with vaginitis. Methods Ninety patients with vaginitis were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group and each group consisted of 45 patients equally. Patients in the experimental group took medication and at the same time they received health education in the health belief model, while the control group only used the routine health education. The disease self-management abilities of patients in the two groups before and after the health education were compared. Results Before the health education, the disease self-management ability in the two groups had no statistical difference (all P 〉 0.05). But two months after the health education, the self-efficacy and self- management behavior in the two groups had significant difference (all P 〈 0.01). Conclusion The useof the mold education of health belief can improve the disease self-management ability in patients with vaginitis.
