摘 要:分析了油炉在燃用重油时产生烟尘的形状及特征,并对烟尘的成分进行了测定,指出重油中灰分所形成的粉尘粒飞灰一般只占很少部分,其大部分烟尘来自未燃尽的残炭和重油中胶质沥青质在炉内形成的未燃尽的焦壳类烟尘,当燃烧油雾中高温缺氧时,会出现炭黑类烟尘。减少重油炉烟尘排放的根本方法是改善重油的雾化质量和改进炉内燃烧。The dirt patterns and contents in burning heavy oil is analysed. When burningheavy oil with rather high viscosity, the great majority of dirt comes from remainder of rem-nant carbon and coke-shell formed by colloidal asphalt of heavy oil in furnace. The dirt con-sists of dust and soot. In oil -burning boiler using high viscosity heavy oil with great atomizedparticle sise of oil spray, the mixing of oil spray and air is non-uniform and the dirt ofexhausted gas can exceed the emission standard of air pollutants. The basic method ofreducing dirt of heavy oil-burning boiler is to improve the quality of oil atomization andcombustion in furnace.
