工程机械综合性能传动试验台的开发和研制

摘　　要：为了提高工程机械变矩器、变速器和驱动桥的性能,提出了面向工程机械3大传动部件在一台综合性试验台上进行试验的思想。研制开发工程机械综合性能传动试验台,试验台采用模块化设计,共用动力、冷却装置、加载设备及检测装置。详细介绍试验台的功能、系统组成、软硬件的实现及工作原理。试验结果表明该系统运行稳定,安装调试方便,满足设计要求。颠覆以往单部件单试验台的传统设计思想,节省试验台的占地面积和投资成本。In order to increase the performances of torque converters, transmissions and drive axles on construction machinery, a comprehensive performance transmission test bench is developed for construction machinery.The test bench is designed in modules so the power, cooling device, loading apparatus and test device are commonly used.The philosophy to test main drive parts of construction machinery on the same test bench is suggested.Functions, system composition, hardware and software realization as well as work principle of the test bench are described in details.Test results show that the system features stable operation, convenient installation and commission, and design requirements are satisfied. Traditional design concept of one part and one test bench is upset.The occupying area and investment of test bench are greatly saved.
