摘  要:全液压制动系统与湿式制动器在装载机上的使用已经越来越广泛,二者匹配的优劣对整车的制动安全性、操作舒适性都有着重要的影响。从市场反馈的情况来看,某40系列轮式装载机在制动时,点刹过于灵敏,制动冲击偏大,影响操作的舒适性。分析出现这种弊病的原因,对全液压制动阀与湿式制动器的匹配进行了优化设计,并进行刹车试验。试验结果与分析计算结果相符,从而成功地解决了这一问题。Application of fully hydraulic braking system and wet type brake on loaders has been getting wider and wider.Match between the two exerts important influences on braking safety and operation comfort of the basic machine.From market feedback, it was found out that snub braking of a 40 series wheel loader is too sensitive so that the braking impact is too high then the operation comfort is sacrificed.Causes of the phenomena are analyzed.Optimal design for the match between fully hydraulic brake valve and wet type brake is conducted and braking test is carried out.The test results are corresponding to the analysis and calculation results, which testify the successful solving of the problem.
