清热化瘀滋阴方对系统性红斑狼疮患者外周血淋巴细胞凋亡及临床指标的影响

摘　　要：目的观察中药清热化瘀滋阴方对系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)患者外周血淋巴细胞凋亡及临床指标的影响。方法选取SLE患者80例,随机分为治疗组(清热化瘀滋阴方联合激素)与对照组(单用激素)各40例,服药3个月比较两组患者外周血淋巴细胞凋亡情况及临床指标变化。结果两组治疗后外周血淋巴细胞凋亡率均较治疗前明显下降,治疗组明显低于对照组;治疗组血常规、血沉、免疫球蛋白(IgG)、补体C3、抗核抗体(ANA)、抗ds-DNA抗体均较治疗前明显改善,且白细胞、血小板、C3、IgG、ANA指标的恢复优于对照组。结论清热化瘀滋阴方治疗活动期SLE有明显优势,临床指标明显改善,其可能通过降低外周血淋巴细胞凋亡率,改善免疫紊乱而发挥作用。Objective： To investigate the effect of Qingrehuayuziyin Decoction on lymphocyte apoptosis and other clinical indices of the patients with systemic lupus erythematosus （SLE） . Methods： 80 SLE patients were selected and divided randomly into two groups. 40 patients in the treatment group were given the Qingrehuayuziyin Decoction combined with the hormone. 40 patients in the control group were just given the hormone. After 3 months, the lymphocyte apoptosis and the clinical indices were compared between two groups. Results： The rates of lymphocyte apoptosis decreased significantly in two groups. Meanwhile, the rate in the treatment group was lower obviously than that of the control group. Compared with the control group, there were some indices improving significantly in the treatment group including： the blood routine examination, the blood sedimentation, the IgG, the complement C3, the anti-nuclear antibody （ANA） and the double stain DNA antibody. In the treatment group, the recoveries of the leukocyte, platelet, C3, IgG and ANA were also superior to those of the control group. Conclusion： Qingrehuayuziyin Decoction has obvious advantage in SLE of active stage. From this method, the clinical indices improve obviously. This is related to the suppressing lymphocyte apoptosis and the modifying the immune status.
