参七虫草胶囊对肺纤维化大鼠TGF-β_1mRNA表达的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨参七虫草胶囊对肺纤维化大鼠TGF-β1mRNA表达的影响。方法采用博莱霉素致肺纤维化大鼠模型,大鼠处死后分离大鼠肺组织,应用RT-PCR半定量及图像分析方法,对空白组、模型组、参七虫草胶囊高剂量组、中剂量组、低剂量组及泼尼松组大鼠肺组织TGF-β1mRNA表达水平进行观察。结果参七虫草胶囊高剂量组、中剂量组、低剂量组及泼尼松组大鼠肺组织TGF-β1mRNA表达水平明显低于模型组。结论参七虫草胶囊高、中、低剂量及泼尼松均可调控博莱霉素致肺纤维化大鼠TGF-β1mRNA表达水平,从而减轻肺纤维化的程度。Objective： To evaluate the Shenqichongcao Capsule un the expression of TGF-β1 mRNA uf pulmunary fibrosis rats. Methods： Rats, induced lung fibrosis by bleomyein, were isolated lung tissues and used RT-PCR and semi-quantitative image analysis method to analysis expression levels uf TGF-β1 mRNA of the normal control group, the model group, the Shenqichongcao Capsule high dose gruup, the medium dose group, the low dose group and the prednisone group. Results： The expression levels of TGF-β1 mRNA in the lung tissue of the Shenqichongcao Capsule high dose group, the medium dose group, the low dose group and the prednisone group were significantly lower than that of the model group. Conclusion： The expression levels of TGF-β1 mRNA in the lung tissues could be regulated in the Shenqichongcao Capsule high dose group, the medium dose group, the low dose group and the prednisone group. And then, the degree uf lung fibrosis in rats of these groups could be reduced.
