摘  要:用AISI304钢与Cr-Mn-N双相不锈钢进行了磨损和腐蚀磨损试验,测定了磨损和磨蚀的体积损失随载荷及接触应力的变化关系及磨痕的显微硬度,观察了磨痕形貌及Cr-Mn-N双相不锈钢形变引起的位错滑移及增殖.结果表明,双相Cr-Mn-N不锈钢具有较强的形变强化能力,良好的耐磨性和耐腐蚀性.在不降低合金耐蚀性的前提下,利用合金本身的形变强化能力提高其耐磨蚀性能。A laboratory study has been conducted on wear and corrosive wear behavior of AISI 304 and Cr Mn N duplex stainless steel in dry sliding and sliding in solution of H 2SO 4 plus Cl -(98 g/L H 2SO 4+2.0 g/L Cl - and 4.9 g/L H 2SO 4+2.0 g/L Cl -) with a reciprocating device.The removal rate of two steels,hardness of wear track, and relative wear resistance were measured.The wear track morphology and propagation of dislocation caused by deformation strengthening were observed with TEM.The results indicated that the deformation strengthening of Cr Mn N duplex stainless steel is stronger than that of 304 stainless steel,which improved both the wear resistance in dry sliding and the corrosive wear resistance. The deformation strengthening of alloys could be utilized to improve the corrosive wear resistance of the alloys.
