摘　　要：目的:为在地震等突发事件的医疗救援中更好地发挥临床药师的药事支撑作用提供参考。方法:结合汶川地震的实践,在介绍地震医疗救援特点及形式的基础上,深入分析医院临床药师在地震医疗救援中的作用。结果:临床药师在地震医疗救援中,有效地保障了药品供应,在保障治疗需要的前提下节约了医护人员资源,协助了医师在应急状态下合理用药。结论:国家应急救援中可配备相应的临床药师,能更好地发挥医疗队的治疗水平。OBJECTIVE： To provide reference for playing pharmaceutical support role of clinical pharmacist to offer medical assistance in the emergence such as earthquake. METHODS： Basing on the experience in Wenchuan Earthquake, the character and forms of earthquake medical assistance were introduced, then the role of clinical pharmacist in earthquake medical assistance were analyzed. RESULTS： Clinical pharmacists distributed effectively to the drug supply so as to save medical resources and ensure rational administration during the medical rescue in earthquake. CONCLUSIONS： For achieving better function of the treatment team, national medical rescue team should involve clinical pharmacist.
