摘 要:在一定酸度和温度条件下,用过量KSCN将铂族金属离子的氯络合物转变为硫氰酸络合物,最后调至≈3mol/LHCl酸度,用MIBK可将铂族金属离子的硫氰酸络合物(除Ir(Ⅳ)外)定量萃取(≥95%)。Ir(Ⅳ)只有743%被萃取,在MIBK中加入少量叔胺(TOA或N235)或氯化三正辛基甲基铵(9∶1体积比)则Ir(Ⅲ)的异配络合物萃取>98%。The extraction of thiocyanate complexes of platinum group metals ions by MIBK in HCl medium was investigated. At room temperature, only Pd(Ⅱ) ion forms complex with thiocyanate rapidly in 1~4mol/L HCl medium. The formation of the other five platinum group metals thiocyanate complexes requires heating on boiling water bath and at certain acid range. After complex formation, the solution is adjusted to 2~3mol/L HCl and extracted with MIBK. More than 95% of Pd(Ⅱ), Pt(Ⅳ), Rh(Ⅲ), Ru(Ⅲ) and Os(Ⅳ) ions are extracted, while Ir(Ⅳ) ion is reduced to Ir(Ⅲ) ion and only 74 3% is extracted. Small amounts (about 10%) of tertiary amine (as TOA, N 235 ) or quaternary ammonium salt (trioctylmethylammonium chloride) added to MIBK makes the extraction of Ir(Ⅲ) ion quantitative.
