摘  要:本文用TiCl4/MgCl2-Al(i-Bu)3催化剂进行1-辛烯/1-十二烯共聚合,考察不同的聚合条件对减阻率的影响,来提高二元聚合物的减阻率,用GPC对共聚物的相对分子量分布进行表征,用室内模拟环道评价装置来测定聚合物的减阻率,抗剪切性能,实验结果表明,共聚合反应最佳工艺条件为:n(Al)/n(Ti)=90,起始反应温度为-2,V1-Octene:V1-Dodecene=1:2,DDS=0.3 mL,反应时间为48 h,经凝胶渗透色谱测定,其重均相对分子量达到6.56×106,相对分子量指数分布接近2.733,在柴油中有良好的溶解性,减阻率达到52.3%,经过5次高强度机械剪切后剩余的减阻率为5%左右,可由于工业原油的输送.The copolymerization of 1-Octenel-Dodecene over TiCl4/MgCl2-Al(i-Bu)3 system has been studied, The factors effecting drag reducing efficiency of different condition were to enhance drag reducing efficiency on linary copolymer. And the copolymer were characterized by means of GPC reducing and shearing resistance of polymers were evaluated by the simulative loop evaluation apparatus. It was shown that the optimum technological conditions for 1-Octene/1-Dodecene: starting reaction temperature was -2℃, n(Al)/n(Ti)=90, V1-Octene:V1-Dodecene=1:2, DDS=0.3 mL, Reaction time 48 h, 1-Octenel- Dodecene copolymerization had optimum conditions and polymers prepared had average weight relative molecular mass 6.56× 10^6 and relative molecular mass exponential distribution amount to 2.733. The drag reducing test indicates that DR can be achieved by 52.3%. The polymer can meet the industry demand.
