潞西市边境地区登革热流行病学分析

摘　　要：目的了解潞西市边境地区登革热流行状况,并对登革热疫点采取的处置措施进行效果评价。方法采用ELISA检测抗登革热病毒IgM和IgG抗体,调查健康人群登革热抗体水平,调查登革热媒介伊蚊种群、数量及伊蚊幼虫各项指标,采取疫情主动监测、灭蚊喷洒、爱国卫生运动和健康教育等措施处置登革热疫情,并进行效果评价。结果全年累计报告登革热病例19例,其中:输入性病例15例,当地感染病例4例;检测当地健康人群血清325份,其中:抗登革热IgG抗体阳性率12.31%,抗登革热IgM抗体阳性率4.62%;捕获白纹伊蚊62只,平均人工小时密度为7.75只/人工小时,白纹伊蚊为主要优势蚊种;伊蚊幼虫布雷图指数(BI)、容器指数(CI)、房屋指数(HI)和千人指数分别为2.47、2.24、7.75和17.01;疫情处置措施开展后,媒介伊蚊成蚊从处置前的7.75只/人工小时下降为0.72只/人工小时、媒介伊蚊幼虫布雷图指数从开展前的2.47下降为0.14;当地居民登革热认知率从开展前的0提高到96.92%。结论潞西市边境沿线一带登革热流行状况十分严峻,所采取的疫情处置措施有效,建议今后继续加强疫情主动监测、疫点灭媒喷洒、爱国卫生运动和卫生宣教等主要疫情处置措施。Objective To understand the prevalent status of dengue fever in the border areas of Luxi County,as well as evaluate the effects of treatment measures. Methods ELISA kits was used to test dengue virus IgG and IgM for dengue patients; The antibody level in local healthy residents was determined. Aedes mosquitoes and their larvae in the field sites were captured at the daytime and ardayzed. The infections were actively monitored,insecticide spraying and patriotic movement and health education were conducted. Results There were of 19 dengue eases were reported including 15 imported eases and 4 indigenous eases. There 325 blood samples were collected from health controls . The positive rate of anti-IgG antiboody was 12.31% and that of anti-IgM antibody was 4.62%. Totally 62 Aedes albopictus were collected,its population density was 7.75 per person per hour, the BI, CI, HI and index of thousand persons were 2.47,2.24,7.75 and 17.01 respectively; Aedes al, bopictus predominated in the locality. After taking control measuers the density of adult dengue vector was reduced to 0.72 per person per hour from 7.75 per person per hour before treatment,the BI was decreased to 0.14 from 2.47,and the knowledge level of local residents increased from zero before control activity to 96.92% after control. Conclusion Dengue fever is prevalent in Luxi County and the control mesures are effective. Comprehensive measured be adopted to control the disease.
