摘　　要：目的 研究肺结核患者细胞因子的表达。方法收取2006年1月～2008年6月成年新发肺结核患者120例及健康成年人120例血标本，检测T淋巴细胞（CD3＋）72-T淋巴细胞亚群CD4＋,CD8＋及CD47CD8＋比值及白细胞介素12（IL-12）含量。并进行分析。结果肺结核患者组CD3＋、CD4＋、IL—12含量呈不同程度减少，低于健康成人组。CD8＋含量呈相对增多，CD4＋／CD8＋比值肺结核病人组下降。结论细胞因子含量与肺结核发病密切相关，监测人体细胞因子水平对掌握结核病病情发展有重要意义。Objective To determine the expression of eytokines in new tuberculosis patients. Methods There blood amples were collected from 120 new adult tuberculosis cases were collected from January 2006 to June 2008 and 120 healthy adults. The expression levels of cytokine-T lymphocytes （CD3＋） and T-lymphocyte subsets CD4＋,CD8＋ and CD4＋/CD8＋ ratio, IL-12 （IL-12） were determined. Results The levels of CD3＋,CD4＋,IL-12 were reduced to varying degrees,Lower than the group of healthy adults,the level of CD8＋ was relatively increased,CD4＋/CD8＋ ratio was decreased in tuberculosis patients. Conclusion The content of cytokines is associated with tuberculosis and montoring the level of cytokines is of significance in detection of tuberculosis cases .
