某种次氯酸钠消毒液消毒性能观察

摘　　要：目的了解某种次氯酸钠消毒液杀菌效果及消毒相关性能。方法采用悬液定量杀菌试验和理化分析方法进行了实验室检测。结果该消毒液有效氯含量为9.57%,经54℃恒温存放14d后,有效氯含量下降率为3.03%;以含有效氯500mg/L的次氯酸钠消毒液作用10mim,对悬液内金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌平均杀菌对数值>5.00,对白色念珠菌作用20mim,平均杀菌对数值>4.00。结论该次氯酸钠消毒液对细菌繁殖体,真菌具有比较好的杀菌效果,性能比较稳定。Objective To Observe the germicidal efficacy and disinfection-related properties of one sodium hypochlorite. Methods Suspension quantitative gemieidal test and physieochemieal analytic method were used to deterine the property of sodium hypoehlorite. Results The available chlorine content of the disinfection solution was 9.57% and decreased by 3.03% after storing at 540C for 14 days.The average logarithm values of the sodium hypechlorite in killing Staphylococcus aureus,Escherichia coli and Candida albicans in suspension of sodium hypechlorite containing available chlorine of 500 mg/L for 10 mira were 〉5.00,that of killing Candida albicans after exposed for 20 rain were over 4.00. Conclusions Sodium hypochlorite is capable of killing vegetative forms of bacteria and fungi in suspensions. Its property is relatively stable.
