摘　　要：农村公路发展存在供给制度缺陷、资金困境、供给总量不足与地区差异、建设的科学性与生态性差等诸多问题;农村公路发展应坚持生态化思想:建设要科学规划;注重农村生态环境保护;农村公路发展要与当地经济发展形成互动机制。The rural road development existence supplies of system defect, Fund predicament, Supply insufficient and regional disparity with the total amount, Science of construction and ecology and so on; the rural road development should adhere to the ecology thought： Construction should be planned scientifically; Pay attention to ecological environmental protection; should form the Interaction mechanism with local economic development.
