摘　　要：目的了解目前孕前检查男性青年精液质量的现状，探讨上海地区精液质量的正常参考值。方法在孕前检查门诊中，接纳自愿参加研究的535例男性，采用精液自动分析仪，对其精液的量、pH值、密度、活力等数据进行分析。结果精液的平均量为3．0ml，平均pH值为7．4，平均密度为54．2×10^6／ml，95％的可信区间为12．4×10^6／ml-195．7×10^6／ml。平均精子的存活率为（45．3±0．9）％。95％的可信区间为（43．4～47．0）％；平均a级精子为（22．8±0．6）％，95％的可信限范围为（21．7—24．0）％；平均（a＋b）级的精子为（35．4±0．8）％，95％的可信区间为（34．0～37．0）％。结论与80年代报道的结果相比，孕检男性精液的平均量、pH值没有多大变化，但密度、活动度和活力比1981年呈现明显下降的趋势。Objective To investigate the semen quality of young males in Shanghai and its normal reference value. Methods Total of 535 men who received a preconceptional physical examination were recruited into the study. The qualities of their semen were analyzed by CASA. Results The average volume and the average pH value of semen was 3.0 ml and 7.4. The average density of the semen was 54.2 ×10^6/ml, and its 95% confidence limit（CL） was from 12.4 ×10^6/ml to 195.7 ×10^6/ml. The average survival rate was （45.3±0.9）%, and its 95% CL was from 43.4% to 47.0%. The average vitality ratio of grade A sperms was （22.8±0.6）% and its 95% CL was ranging from 21.7% to 24.0%. The average vitality ratio of grade （A＋B） sperm was （35.4±0.8）% and its 95% CL was from 34.0% to 37.0%. Conclusion Compared with the results reported in the 1980s, no significant changes in the average semen volume and pH value were found; but the density,survival rate and the vitality of the semen were decreased significantly.
