云南白药外敷配合正红花油外擦治疗经外周中心静脉插管术后机械性静脉炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察云南白药外敷配合正红花油外擦治疗PICC术后机械性静脉炎的疗效。方法将PICC术后出现机械性静脉炎的血液肿瘤患者随机分为观察组19例和对照组19例,观察组接受云南白药外敷配合正红花油外擦治疗,对照组接受喜疗妥药膏外涂治疗,观察两组机械性静脉炎的治疗效果。结果观察组总有效率为100%,对照组的总有效率为68%。结论云南白药外敷配合正红花油外擦能有效治疗PICC术后机械性静脉炎。Objective To observe the clinical effects of yunnan white pouder and red flouoroil on the treatment of mechanical phlebitis caused by PICC. Methods Divide 38 malignant hematological patients with mechanic phlebitis caused by PICC into two groups by random use ,yunnan white pouder and red flouoroil for experimental group, and mucopolysaccharide polysulfate cream for control group. The difference of efficacy between the two group was observe. Results The total effective rate of experimental group was 100%, and control group was 68%. Conclusion The curative effect about Yun Nan Bai Yao and Zheng Hong Hua You for patients with mechanic phlebitis caused by PICC is significant.
