突聋患者心理障碍及护理干预

摘　　要：目的探讨心理护理对突发性耳聋患者辅助治疗效果。方法回顾性收集2008年1月至2009年10月住院患者开展心理护理干预病例,对治疗效果进行分析总结。结果16例突发性耳聋经过心理护理干预和健康指导,缩短了治疗疗程,提高了治愈效果。结论突发性耳聋是临床常见病,发病后对患者心理上创伤较大,心理护理干预极为重要,应引起专科护理人员关注。Objective Discussion psychology nursing is auxiliary the treatment result to the burst characteristics deafness patient. Methods The review collection was hospitalized the patient January ,2008 to October,2009 to launch the psychological nursing intervention case, carries on the analysis summary to the treatment result. Results 16 example burst characteristics deafness after the psychological nursing intervention and the health instruction, reduced the treatment treatment course, enhanced the cure effect. Conclusion The burst characteristics deafness is the clinical common disease, after the morbidity, the wound is big to the patient psychology, the psychological nursing intervention great importance, should cause the faculty nursing staffs to pay attention.
