复方甘草酸苷联合咪唑斯汀治疗慢性荨麻疹疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察复方甘草酸苷片联合咪唑斯汀治疗慢性荨麻疹的疗效。方法将126例慢性荨麻疹患者随机分为两组，治疗组68例口服复方甘草酸苷片75mg，3次／d，咪唑斯汀10mg，1次／d；对照组58例口服咪唑斯汀10mg，1次／d。两组疗程均为4周，评估疗效，记录不良反应。结果治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为83．83％和65．52％，差异有显著性（P〈0．05），且无明显不良反应。结论复方甘草酸苷片联合咪唑斯汀治疗慢性荨麻疹疗效好，安全可靠，值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Stronger Neo-Minophagen C combined with Mizollan tablets in the treatment chronic urticaria. Methods 126 chronic urticaria patients were divided randomly into two groups. The treatment group （68 cases）was treated with Stronger N eo-Minophagen C three times a day and 75 mg per time, and Mizollen tablets 10 mg one time a day; While the control group （58 eases）was treated with Mizollen tablets 10 mg one time a day. After four weeks,compare effective rate. Results The total ef- fective rate of the treatment group was 83.83% , and the control group was 65.52%, there was significant between the two groups （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. And all adverse events were mild and reversible. Conclusion Stronger Neo- Minophagen C combined with Mizollen is effective and safe in treating chronic urticaria, and worth to apply to clinical use.
