摘　　要：目的探讨上海市2003～2007年道路交通伤院前急救流行病学特征。方法以上海市急救中心同期的院前急救病例数据库和全市人口数据为基础，对其中的道路交通伤相关资料进行回顾分析。结果五年中上海市中心城区共实施院前急救585298人次，其中道路交通伤38472例，由2003年的4．51％逐年增加至2007年的8．32％，其中男性所占比例呈逐年上升趋势。道路交通伤者以中年人为主，青年人受伤率逐年下降，而老年人受伤率逐年增加。道路交通伤院前急救的高峰时点和高峰时段分别为每日14：27～15：07和7：49—21：49。结论上海市道路交通伤院前急救有其自身的流行病学特点，加强高危人群交通安全教育，合理配置院前急救资源，逐步建立一个较为完善的全市道路交通伤监测网络，都有助于减少道路交通伤的发生。Objective To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of the pre - hospital care of road injury cases in Shanghai during 2003 - 2007. Methods By retrospectively, the related information of road injury cases from the database of Shanghai pre - hospital care center were analyzed and compared with the corresponding municipal demographic data. Results There were 585 298 cases of pre - hospital care in Shanghai during 2003 - 2007. Among them, there were 38 472 road injury cases, the ratio was increased from 4.51% to 8.32% in the past 5 years, and the male constituent ratio was also increased year by year. Among the road injury cases, the middle aged is the main part, the middle aged and the youth were decreased year by year,while the old was opposited. The peak time and period of pre-hospital care of road injury cases was respectively around 14：27 -15：07 and 7：49 21：49. Conclusion The road injury cases in pre- hospital care have its own epidemiological characteristics. Strengthening the traffic safety education in high risk population, arranging pre - hospital recourses reasonably and building a perfect road injury surveillance system gradually are helpful to reduce the incidence of road injury.
