摘 要:电弧超声频率是影响焊接接头质量的主要因素。该文以09MnNiDR为研究对象,通过引入电弧超声前后的系列焊接工艺实验,以焊接接头的冲击功为评判指标,从激励频率和激励能量两方面研究电弧超声激励参数对焊接接头性能的影响。结果表明:熔池凝固过程的改善效果由激励电流与激励频率共同决定,通过回归方程的求解得出电弧超声在一定的能谱区间内能够较大幅度提高焊接接头性能的结论。The arc-ultrasonic frequency has been shown to be the most important factor to improve the welding joint performance. 09MnNiDR was used as the welding piece with the impact toughness of the welding joint as the evaluation criterion. The exciting frequency and the exciting energy were varied to study the regularity of improving welding joint performance by arc-ultrasonic welding. The results show that the performance is related to both the exciting frequency and the energy. The regression results indicate that there is a best energy spectrum interval for arc-ultrasonic welding where the joint performance is significantly improved.
