摘  要:基于"光束中空,光内送丝"的专利技术,实现了同轴送丝新工艺。这种新装置改光外倾斜送丝为光内垂直正向送丝,实现了光、丝精确耦合和熔道的各向同性。光内送丝熔覆成形试验表明:丝材熔化充分,熔道均匀平滑;熔覆组织致密,晶粒细小;平面搭接和立体堆积成形件均匀完整,熔道质量沿各方向均匀一致,无扫描方向性影响。光内送丝熔覆使三维送丝成形成为可能。A novel coaxial wire feeding has been realized based on a patent technology of "hollow laser beam and internal wire feeding".The external-side wire feeding is changed as internal-vertical wire feeding by the new set.Laser beam and wire can be coupled accurately,and,their cladding channel is isotropic.Deposit test of internal wire feeding shows that,wire melt down adequately, cladding channel is symmetrical and smooth,material organise is compact,crystal is thin,workpiece of multi-channel cladding and multi-layer depositing are uniform and integrated,and,the channel quality is coincident and nondirectional.The new technique of internal feeding makes 3D deposition of wire feeding possible.
