摘  要:目的:建立活性成分N-p-香豆酰酪胺含量的测定方法。为水红花子质量控制提供新的评价指标。方法:采用HPLC,色谱柱为Agilent C18(4.6mm×150mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水(40∶60),检测波长为290nm,流速为1.0mL.min-1,柱温为25℃。结果:N-p-香豆酰酪胺的进样量在0.038~0.190μg线性良好(r=0.9999),平均回收率98.7%,RSD2.4%。结论:所建立的方法简单、准确、重复性好,可用于测定水红花子中N-p-香豆酰酪胺的含量。Objective: To establish a method for the content determination of paprazine in Polygonum orientale, and provide a new evaluation index for the quality control for P. orientale. Method: HPLC was carried out on Agilent C18 (4.6mm×150mm,5μm) with methanol-water (40: 60) as mobile phase. The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min^-1 and the wavelength of UV detector was set at 290 nm. Result: The calibration curve was linear in the range of 0. 038-0. 190 μg (r = 0.999 9 ). The average recovery was 98.7% with the RSD of 2.36%. Conclusion: The method appears to be simple, accurate and reproducible, it can be used to determine the content of paprazine in P. orientale.
