摘  要:以介孔碳为硬模板经过二次填充制备了介孔镁锌氧复合物.采用X射线衍射(XRD),透射电镜(TEM),扫描电镜(SEM),N2吸附脱附等手段对材料的结构及形貌进行了表征.结果表明,所制备的材料在具有高有序介孔结构的同时还具有结晶的孔壁.孔径尺寸均为4.0nm,比表面积均为114.5m2.g-1.广角XRD结果初步表明,材料中氧化镁和氧化锌复合形成了固溶体.该材料作为一种半导体材料有望在光学器件领域获得新的应用价值.Ordered mesoporous MgZnO was synthesized using mesoporous carbon CMK-3 as hard template and Mg(NO3)2·6H2O as well as Zn(NO3)2·6H2O as precursors for MgO and ZnO, respectively. The morphology and mesoporous structure of the as-prepared MgZnO were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), and N2 adsorption-desorption. The results demonstrate that MgZnO has a highly ordered mesoporous structure as well as crystalline pore walls. The average pore size is about 4.0 nm and the BET surface area is about 114.5 m^2 .g^-1. Additionally, wide angle XRD results indicate that a solid solution of MgO and ZnO is formed. As a semiconductor material, mesoporous MgZnO has potential application in optical devices.
