摘  要:利用基因枪轰击水稻京引119未成熟胚获得转基因水稻植株B-119,经连续自交至T5代仍可稳定保持对Basta的抗性。采用人工杂交、回交转育等途径也可将转基因植株的bar基因导入杂交水稻恢复系。使用bar基因的恢复系所配制的杂交稻组合,秧苗期喷施0.25%Basta药剂,可以有效清除混杂在杂交稻中的假杂交种,从而保证大田生产的纯度。研究结果对于拓宽杂交稻特别是两系杂交稻不育系的应用范围,展现出广泛的应用前景。ar gene was introduced to immature embroys of a japonica rice cultivar Jingying119 through biolistic system and a transgenic plant B 119 expressing resistance to Basta was obtained. The resistance to herbicide was stably maintained in five consecutive self crossing generations . It is simple and feasible to introduce the bar gene to restorer lines through intercross and backcross. Spraying of 0.25% Basta to hybrid rice seedling, the fake hybrid seedlings were killed by Basta and excluded from population for hybrid seed production to increase hybrid seed purity. It is helpful to clear up unstable fertility when widen the use of sterile lines.
