浅谈国外技术创新联盟的启示

摘　　要：通过对美国、日本技术创新联盟中的政策分析,结合两国在技术创新联盟组建过程中的做法,从管理模式、联盟成员构成、能力培养等方面进行了分析,进而提出技术联盟组建过程中需要关注的问题,为我国技术创新联盟组建提供了借鉴和参考。Based on the analysis of terms, combined the formation procedure of the technology innovation alliance between America and Japan, this article interpreted management mode, alliance member formation, learning curve and consequently concluded important suggestions to the formation of alliance, as well as contributes as great reference to Chinese national technology innovation alliance.
